We offer a wide range of products from fruits, vegetables, groceries to personal care, baby care and pet care products; even more.
We accept payments through debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and cash/card on delivery.
CREDIT CARDS:
Payments can be made through MasterCard or Visa credit card. If you are paying through your credit card on checkout, you will be asked to enter a three-digit CVV number, card number, and expiry date. Once you enter these details, you will be directed to the bank’s security page and receive an OTP. After you enter the OTP you will receive a confirmation for the purchase.
DEBIT CARDS:
Payments can be made through MasterCard or Visa debit card. If you are paying through your debit card on checkout, you will be asked to enter a three-digit CVV number, card number, and expiry date. Once you enter these details, you will be directed to the bank’s security page and receive an OTP. After you enter the OTP you will receive a confirmation for the purchase.
CASH/CARD ON DELIVERY:
Online payments are 100% secured with us. However, you are free to make payment on delivery through cash or card. If you pay through cash on delivery, no foreign currencies would be accepted. Your payment has to be in AED (Arab Emirates Dirhams)
You won’t be asked to pay any extra amount as tax over mentioned product rates. However, based on your address, you may need to pay suitable delivery charges.
An electronic receipt for the purchase is sent to your registered email address. It shows order summary, confirmation, and payment details. When the order is delivered, you will be given a detailed note with it.
You can add items to cart and shop as a guest too. While this choice remains upto you, we suggest you should register. This makes it easy to track orders and file complaints or make amends in case anything goes wrong.
We currently deliver across Dubai, and will soon deliver across the UAE. But you should check for your address as some places are still not listed.
The minimum value for any eligible order is AED 80.
Once an order is confirmed, you cannot make changes to it. In that case, you can seek help from our customer service.
For any of these requirements, you may contact our customer support service without any delay. They would find a solution for you.
We deliver between 9AM to 9PM from Saturday to Thursday.
Our delivery team is responsible and won’t make a mistake in delivery. In case you get a wrong delivery they will replace it as soon as possible. If you did not check the order and they have left, contact customer support.

Go to the “My Account” page. Now click on Address Book and update your address and other necessary details.
