Delivery Information
TRANSPORTATION
We are currently delivering our products in Dubai and ship using our own delivery channel within a day of receiving your order. We prioritise safety and efficiency of your delivery. Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED 20. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. Unforeseen delays can occasionally occur, and we cannot be held responsible. If you do not receive your order within seven working days, please contact us directly.
DELIVERY TIME
We deliver orders across Dubai and the exact delivery time will depend on your location. Deliveries take place between 9 AM to 9 PM, Saturday to Thursday.
All orders must be placed within our working hours 8 AM to 5 PM, Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed outside of these working hours, and/or UAE bank holiday, and/or Friday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the order’s submission. Delivery times are estimated. Order deliveries may face delays during promotional activities, sale season, and bank holidays. *Any order to THE EXPRESS CART L.L.C must be approved in writing by THE EXPRESS CART L.L.C Customer Support through support@theexpresscart.com.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Transportation charges are at a flat rate of AED20. You must check your address is correct when placing your order to avoid delivery to the wrong location. If the wrong details are provided, you will be charged to have the order reshipped to the correct address.
